To ensure that the College's personnel policies and practices are administered without discrimination, the following shall apply:
.01 All recruitment, selection, promotion, transfer, layoff and termination decisions made by the College's supervisors, administrators or trustees will be based solely on the job related qualifications and abilities of candidates and/or employees. .03 Employees who have EEO-related questions, problems or complaints should direct the same to the Director of Human Resources.
