233.00 COLLEGE CATALOG

The College Catalog, a bi-annual publication, is a presentation of the organization, staffing, calendar, general information, standards, curricula, and course offerings of the College. Supplementary bulletins and class schedules are published each semester.

1. To assure desired delivery, the catalog will be revised periodically, and material for the catalog will be submitted according to the following schedule:
   January to October -- All non-curricular material.
   October -- Bids received for publishing the revised catalog.
   November -- All changes in course offerings and curricula.
   April -- Final copy sent to the firm for production.
2. Materials submitted after the dates identified in .01 above will be processed for the revision of the catalog one year hence.
3. Material included in the catalog is subject to change without prior notice by action of the State Legislature or the Board of Trustees.
4. The Chief Academic Officer shall have responsibility of the publication of the College Catalog.
