New Student Orientation
Orientation consists of:
1. half-day workshop - 14 sessions offered
2. half-day mandatory meeting - Aug. 17th
Mandatory NEW Student Orientation
You must attend the August 17 - Mandatory New Student Orientation meeting held in the Brown Center from 8:30 a.m. – Noon

The Ark City New Student Orientation (PSY6720), one hour credit course, is your opportunity to find your classrooms, locate student resources around campus, and meet with instructors and/or advisors. This class is recommended for Arkansas City main campus students only (not online).
In addition to learning the ropes, you will also enjoy meeting new friends and getting the answers to many of the questions you have about your freshman year at Cowley College. The required text for the class is the Cowley Planner/Student Handbook and may be purchased for $5.00 from the Cowley Bookstore.
