How Do You Know
If You Need Counseling?

The following is a list of problems commonly reported by college students. While some students may resolve these issues, counseling may be helpful if you have ongoing concerns about any of the following. Please consider those that apply to you:

Academic and Career Concerns

Relationship Problems

Feelings

Personal Habits

Identity and Self-Esteem

If you feel that any of these is of significant concern to you, you may find it helpful to speak with a counselor. The Cowley College Student Life Counselor, Roy Reynolds, is located in the Nelson Student Center, room 204. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by arrangement. Services are confidential and free of charge to Cowley students. For more information, call 441-5228.
