ISE Salaries

According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering majors graduating with a bachelor’s degree earned an annual starting salary of $58,549 while Systems Engineers started at $57,497. The majors ranked sixth and seventh, respectively, in starting salary among all engineering majors. This is data from the Spring 2011 Salary Survey. An advanced degree, such as an M.S. or M.E. degree, generally adds $5,000 to $10,000 to the starting salary.
