ARE YOU A JOHN JAY STUDENT AND THE MOTHER OF A CHILD?
You may be eligible to participate in "The College Mothers' Study," a research study at John Jay College. The aim is to test a web-based program to reduce stress in college mothers and to improve the college experience of students with young children.
To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate student at John Jay and the mother of a child aged 2 to 6 years who lives at least ½ time with you. You must have been 24 or younger when the child was born.
If you meet these criteria, you would complete an additional online screen. If eligible, you would be randomly assigned to either the 8-week parenting program or a waitlist control group. You will complete three separate assessments that include an online survey (1 hour) and an at-home audio recording of your evening routine with your child. You would be paid $50 each time you complete the assessment, for a total of $150.If interested in participating, please contact Dr. Miriam Ehrensaft. firstname.lastname@example.org
