Professor Menendez joined the law school faculty as an adjunct professor in 2008, and became a full time lecturer in August of 2011. She currently serves as a Senior Legal Skills Professor and as Director of Externship Programs for the law school. Prior to joining UF Law, Professor Menendez practiced law for 7 years, in Minnesota, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and focused on the areas of estate planning and representation of tax exempt organizations. Professor Menendez also served a clerk to Magistrate Judge Gary Jones, in both the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
