Segawa, who has a bachelor of arts in business administration with a concentration in accounting, was previously an administrative officer with the University of Hawaii working in many areas of fiscal management, from procurement and payables to grant management and budgeting. “I’m really looking forward to meeting and working with new people,” Segawa said.
