UF Libraries host event to promote open access publishing Oct. 26

The UF Libraries will be hosting an event to promote open access publishing to the campus on Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 1 p.m. – 3:30 pm at the Reitz Union Rion Ballroom.

Attend if you are interested in: your rights as an author; copyright; how to get financial assistance to publish in an open access journal; a potential campus-wide UF Open Access Faculty Policy (mandating that faculty submit copies of their journal articles to the Institutional Repository); and/or the the future of open access publishing.
