Constitution Day at UF

Location: Under the canopy on the Plaza of the Americas outside of Library West
Time: Noon – 1:30 p.m.

After the Poucher Lecture, be sure to head over to Library West for Constitution Day. The University of Florida Libraries seeks your help with our second annual “America Reads the Constitution” event. We are signing up volunteers to help us read the Constitution aloud. We need enthusiastic readers to read several sentences or a paragraph. Our open-mic activity is designed to capture the attention and imagination of those walking through the Plaza.

Please stop by to help read or to listen to a few minutes of this historic text. There will be free copies of the Constitution for everyone plus cake and lemonade. For questions and reader sign-up, please contact chelseaz@ufl.edu.
