Publicity

The UF Law communications office is responsible for running a vigorous reactive and proactive media relations program which includes writing and implementing publicity programs, writing and disseminating press releases, and writing for UF LAW magazine and other publications. The media relations program works to alert legal and non-legal media, on a local and national level, of relevant UF Law news and events. Our office is also responsible for UF Law’s identity on social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter.

The communications office can assist faculty and student groups in promoting news and events in a variety of ways, depending on the target audience and objectives of the event. Please see our services request form to see if we can help you with your news or event. Samples of events we can help publicize include law school sponsored events, conferences, symposiums, lectures, workshops, competitions and books.
