The Journal is published three times a year by the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
The University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy publishes three issues annually.
All submissions to the Journal should be in final form. Lengthwise, articles should be a minimum of thirty (30) double-spaced pages including footnotes.

However, as an interdisciplinary Journal, we are aware that authors in disciplines outside of law may be unfamiliar with the Bluebook system of citation. In such cases, authors should submit articles in the citation format with which they are most familiar. The Journal editors will work with those authors to convert their citations to Bluebook format.
