Interprofessional Education: The Bouvé Advantage

The Bouvé College of Health Sciences is the largest Health Sciences College in Boston and offers  undergraduate and graduate training in three schools - health professions  (health sciences, public health, counseling and applied educational psychology, physician assistant, physical therapy, exercise science, speech-language pathology & audiology) nursing, and pharmacy.  Over 3,700 students and 350 faculty are engaged in interdisciplinary research and education that reflects today's team approach to improving health outcomes for individuals, families and communities.

Interprofessional  interaction between faculty and students encourages innovation in the education of both entry level and advanced practice health professionals, and recognizes the valuable roles and responsibilities of each profession. The College actively partners with health care systems and community organizations in order to prepare the next generation of health professionals while helping address the health needs of our urban neighbors and society.
