Recognizing the unique nature of disabilities, and their impact on an individual, our guidelines explain the specific documentation a student needs to provide in order to be considered for services and accommodations.
Each student interested in seeking services through the DRC should complete an Intake Packet. An Intake Packet consists of all elements of required documentation, including information to be completed by qualified professionals, as well as information to be completed by the student. Once we have a complete Intake Packet from the student, we will begin our review process.

Each set of guidelines notes the recency requirements, as well as the appropriate type of documentation that should be provided. It is important to review the guidelines in detail, as the requirements for documentation differ between high school and college, and also by disability.
