LEAD 360
LEAD 360 is a component of Northeastern's experiential learning model which uniquely prepares students to lead in a complex global society. Through dynamic programming, Northeastern prepares students to recognize leadership not so much as a position, but as a collection of diverse experiences and a process of lifelong learning. In LEAD 360, students learn the foundations, strategies, and philosophies of leadership. This is essential in enabling students to lead in their classes, co-curricular activities, co-ops, and ultimately their careers.
The programs offered through the Student Leadership office give students the opportunity to discover leadership through multiple perspectives and meet new people who do not live in their residence halls or are not in their academic classes and yet share the common interest of leadership.
