Now that you have secured your place in the 116th entering fall class, the next step is to attend Orientation. Orientation is a mandatory program for all incoming students. You'll meet your fellow classmates, get to know campus, and learn the ins-and-outs of college life. We've got a great staff of current students who serve as Orientation Leaders throughout your program. These students will help you get aquainted with all Northeastern has to offer. You'll also meet your academic advisor, talk about your academic goals, and register for classes.
Parents and family members of students are invited to participate along with their student in the Orientation experience. Visit the Parent and Family Orientation section of this Web site for details on this program including a look at the sessions we have designed just for parents and family members to help ease with this transition.
We look forward to hosting you and your family at our orientation programs. These sessions are created with your unique needs in mind. We will have staff on hand to answer all of your questions. This is a time for you to get to know your new home - so come, have fun and get to know NU!
