Conduct Process
The student conduct process at Northeastern University is designed to provide a fair and impartial process to resolve alleged violations of the Code of Student Conduct. Generally, alleged violations are resolved in one of two hearing venues: Administrative Hearings or Student Conduct Board Hearings. Regardless of the hearing venue, students are given the opportunity to ask questions, and share their perspective on the incident. Decisions regarding responsibility are made using a standard called "Preponderance of the Information". Click the links for additional information on the topics below.
