On-Campus Housing Options

Traditional Residence Halls (Dorm style living)

  • 11 Coed residence halls
  • All Northeastern University housing is smoke-free
  • Majority are double-occupancy rooms, triple-occupancy rooms also available
  • One hundred to seven hundred students per hall
  • Dinning halls are in Stetson East, Stetson West and International Village
  • Common community spaces in most halls, can be use for studying, group projects or student activities
  • All bath facilities are single-gender
  • All first year students are required to have a meal plan
  • Single rooms available on limited basis. If interested, please indicate preference on housing application, or if you have a medical or accessibility concern, please register with the Disability Resource Center or University Health and Counseling Services by visting our " Housing Accommodations Page"

Suites (Kennedy Hall and 153 Hemenway Street)

  • Multiple-bedrooms units  (traditionally 4 -6 person suites)
  • Shared bathroom
  • All first year students are required to have a meal plan
  • Common community spaces in most halls, can be use for studying, group projects or student activities
