What is Welcome Week?
It's an annual spring tradition on our campus where the University welcomes all first-year students with an array of academic and social programs, special campus events, and a host of opportunities to explore and experience the wonders of Northeastern and the exciting City of Boston.

What are some of the events I may want to participate in?
The Welcome Week committee has planned a full schedule of events for the week. Some of the highlights are:

  • Comedian Hypnotist David Hall
  • Target Shopping
  • Men's Hockey vs. UMass

Is there a fee for any of these events?
All events are free.

Where can I register for events that require a ticket?
Visit the Welcome Week information table in the lobby of Ell Hall, on Sunday, January 5th from 10:00AM-2:00PM.

What if I need further assistance?
If you need assistance, please stop by the Office of New Student Orientation and Parent Programs, located in room 101 Ell Hall, or give us a call at 617-373-3868.
