Swim Sessions Schedule  
Swim sessions are offered summer and  
Parent and Child Aquatics (Children ages 1-3 years)  

Aquatic and water safety skills.

Preschool Aquatics (Children ages 4 to 5 years old)  
Three fun age appropriate levels teach basic aquatic safety and survival skills to increase children's comfort level in and
around the water.  
Learn-to-Swim (Children ages 6 to 15 years old and Adult Swim Lessons)  
We provide three of the six learn to swim levels. Learn-to-Swim levels help swimmers of varying ages and abilities develop their water safety, survival and swim skills.  

American Red Cross Longfellow's WHALE Tales  
Our Safety Lessons are taught using topics from: American Red Cross Longfellow's WHALE Tales provides easy-to-follow information to help children learn safe behavior in, on and around the water. Each lesson is reinforced with color posters, worksheets, activities and a video that features Longfellow, the animated whale. Longfellow's WHALE Tales includes eight basic lessons.
