The Emergency Response Training program at the University of South Alabama is your source for hazardous material, safety and environmental training. Students will learn the handling of hazardous materials, emergency spills, technical rescue and incident command. Hands-on training and real-world experience will be an intricate part of this program. Training is used under the guidelines of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Transportation.
