Graduates of this program will earn a DNP degree and be eligible to sit for the ACNP exam.
The American Association of Colleges of Nursing has set a 2015 date for full implementation of the DNP as the entry level for advanced practice.Requirements for Admission
While AGACNP/DNP classes are taught online, all students enrolled in AHN 568 (first NAGA clinical course), are required to attend a mandatory three (3) day orientation. Various clinical skills workshops will be held during the orientation.
Please plan to attend the mandatory 3 day on-campus intensive if you are beginning the clinical component Fall of 2014. The dates are August 6-8 from 8-5pm. We looking forward to seeing you!!
