FALL 2013 TRANSFER & ADULT REGISTRATION FORM & BROCHURE
All accepted transfer and adult students for Fall semester will automatically be mailed a registration card to their address on file. Please fill out the registration card and send it with the orientation fee to:

Please do not send cash through the mail! Send in your card and payment promptly to ensure you get the session you request. All orientation sessions will be filled to capacity on a first-come first-served basis.
