All students who live on campus are required to have a personal mail box to receive mail; thus the post office box number is the student's campus address. Roommates can not share post office boxes unless it is with immediate family member (same last name).
Boxes for students must be paid by the beginning of the fall semester. Box rent is $30.00 for the school year and $10.00 for the summer semester. The summer semester charge is either staying on campus or having your mail forwarded to a different address. Upon returning to the campus in the fall, students will retain their same box. We do not accept credit/debit cards. All transactions must be paid by cash or personal check.
The window service is opened Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm except holidays. The window is closed Saturdays and Sundays. The hour of operation for JAGFEST weekend will be 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday for the purpose of renting post office boxes only. Lobby hours are from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm seven days a week.
