Recruitment Events
USA Days are special Saturday campus visitation days for prospective undergraduate students and their parents, held on the Main Campus of the University of South Alabama in Mobile. Check-In will begin at 8:00 a.m. The program begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. (Central Time). Please plan to check in and be seated prior to 9:00 a.m. The USA day program concludes at 2:30 p.m. USA DAY planned activities include:
- Campus Information Fair - Preview Campus Organizations, learn about our academic programs and meet many of our current USA students
- Meeting with Deans and Faculty in all academic colleges, to preview your academic major
- Meet with Financial Aid Representatives
- Information Sessions for Transfer Students
- USA Honors Program Preview Session
- Tours of Campus and the Residence Halls
- The Office of Admissions will be open to answer questions regarding Admissions and Scholarships and other college-related topics
- Complimentary lunch for you and your family

Minority Student Preview Night
Minority Student Preview Night is a special Friday night program for prospective undergraduate students and their parents, held on the Main Campus of the University of South Alabama in Mobile. This program will take place in our Mitchell Center and event begins promptly at 5:30 p.m. (Central Time) and concludes at 7:30 p.m. Check in will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Minority Student Preview Night planned activities include:
- Information Session on the Financial Aid Application Process
- Admissions Officers will be available to answer your questions regarding Admissions and Scholarships, as well as other college related topics
- Preview Campus Organizations and meet many of our current USA students
- Step Show by the USA Greeks
- The Office of New Student Orientation will be available to discuss Summer Orientation/Registration
- Complimentary dinner for you and your family
