MyVirtualDen (Citrix XenApp – Applications) For Macintosh

1.Log into apps.uky.edu

NOTE if using Safari the Citrix client will not install properly. Use Firefox and the Citrix client will install and work with Safari afterward.

2. When the Opening Citrix Online Plug-in (web).dmg menu appears, by default Save File is chosen click on OK

a. Once downloaded to desktop click on the Citrix Icon on the desktop then click on the Install Citrix Online Plug-in.pkg

b. Click on continue

c. By default English is chosen click on Continue

d. Click on Agree

e. On the Select Destination Screen, if not highlighted choose OS and click OK

f. On Standard Install on OS screen click on Install

g. Once the installation completes successfully click on Close

3. Open your browser and go back to https://apps.uky.edu and login with your LinkBlue UserID and password
