Our program integrates skilled and carefully selected engineering and computer science students into your workplace in a way that makes strong business sense. The typical Co-op/Internship schedule includes the equivalent of 12 months of full-time work. Your company benefits from uninterrupted staffing and our students benefit from the real-world technical challenges afforded them.
We hope and expect that you will treat our students as professionals by giving them genuine challenges and professional respect (which helps young engineers and computer scientists gain self confidence), and by paying them fair wages. We also expect you to encourage their completion of the CEIP and and their degree requirements.
