Upcoming SAP Upgrade

The university will conduct an upgrade of the SAP system from Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. to Monday, December 8, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. The myUK Portal will also be unavailable during this timeframe.

New Versions of Adobe Products Available on for Departmental and Staff Use

The new Creative Cloud versions of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Fireworks, Bridge and Media Encoder are now available for University of Kentucky departments & staff to download from Currently these are the only products from the new Creative Cloud offering that are available to use per the contract agreement with Adobe. UK Analytics and Technologies (UKAT) and Adobe are reviewing options to bring additional Creative Cloud applications into the contract agreement. Additional information regarding the Creative Cloud suite will be provided as discussion with Adobe progresses.

Password Policy Update September, 26th 2013

UKAT Team members will be rolling out an updated default password, effective 8:00 AM Thursday September 26th. The new default password will be u$ + ‹last 6 of UKID number› + blue for example: u$123456blue
