Clinical Toxicology Online Graduate Programs

  • The University of Florida’s online clinical toxicology graduate program offers a master of science degree and a graduate certificate.

    These programs focus on toxicants; drugs of abuse; drug analysis and biotransformation; and the treatment of poisoned or overdosed patients. Courses are offered conveniently online and tailored for working professionals. Our faculty is internationally recognized with expertise in clinical toxicology, medicine, pharmacy, and pharmacology.

    The University of Florida’s online master’s degree in clinical toxicology can be completed in as little as 2 years. Offered through UF’s College of Pharmacy, this 32-credit master’s degree is made for working professionals.

    UF’s online Graduate Certificate in Clinical Toxicology is a 15-credit program that can be completed in as little as 1 year. Credits from the graduate certificate can be transferred toward UF’s online master’s degree in clinical toxicology later, if admitted.

    The graduate certificate consists of five courses:

    • Clinical Toxicology I
    • Epidemiology and Biostatistics in Clinical Toxicology
    • General Toxicology
    • Introduction to Clinical Toxicology (Continuing education units (CEUs) are available for this course.)
    • Toxic Substances

    All students enrolled in the University of Florida’s online clinical toxicology graduate program will pay the same tuition, regardless of location.

    Tuition is $575 per credit hour plus fees*. Financial aid is available for students who qualify. Please click here to learn more about financial aid options.

    Minimum credits for financial aid eligibility are as follows:

    • Fall and Spring semesters: 5 credits
    • Summer semester: 4 credits

    UF’s online clinical toxicology graduate program does not accept the UF EEP or Florida State Tuition Waiver because we do not receive funds from these programs.

    *Graduate certificate and non-degree seeking students will pay capital improvement/technology fees. M.S. students will pay capital improvement/technology/financial aid fees.
