Changes to Note for those Migrating to UF Exchange

Action is required to manage and retain your mail. Because of UF retention of e-mail policies, e-mail received more than 1095 days ago will be automatically moved from your INBOX (and INBOX subfolders) and Sent Items folder (and Sent Items subfolders) to the Deleted Items folder. The mail that is moved will be permanently deleted after 30 days unless you take action to move the mail to a folder you create outside of the INBOX. See Retaining Mail for further explanation.

There is a new web interface to check your e-mail. To sign-on to UF Exchange, click Outlook Web Access on this page and use your GatorLink username and password to sign in.

If you have a mobile device, a PIN will be required. After migration, your device will prompt you to enter a 4-digit PIN (or password). For security reasons, you will need to re-enter the PIN after 15 minutes of inactivity.

What is this view?

You are using a dynamic assistive view of the University of Florida site. It has all the same data and features of the original site but formatted just with assistive users in mind. It has links and content reorganized to aid assistive users and has controls at the bottom under assistive options that allow you to control key aspects such as font size and contrast colors etc.
This is not a separate text-only site, it's a dynamic view that uses unique technology from Usablenet to give assistive users better, more accessible access to the same content and features as all users that use the graphic view of the site.
