Need help with thesis formatting, getting a HiPerGator account, accessing software, or printing a large symposium poster? UFIT has services to help you:
• Consider scheduling an appointment with the Application Support Center. Located in Hub 224, they offer electronic thesis & dissertation technical support through seminars, templates, online tutorials, and one-on-one consultations.
• The UFApps service provides more than 130 FREE apps including MATLAB, SPSS, and SAS, to make your statistics course a little more bearable. With UFApps you can do assignments from the comfort of your couch instead of a campus lab. UFApps is available anytime, anywhere you have an internet connection.
• The Research Computing staff host walk-in hours each week at three locations around campus. If you want to know about UF’s supercomputing resources and how to establish a HiPerGator account, come see us– our experts are available to you!
• UFIT offers multiple locations for large format printing of posters for research and graduate symposiums, or for any class or club need. Take advantage of the convenience of B/W, color, and large-format printing locations on campus.
Are you experiencing a GatorLink account issue? The UF Computing Help Desk is your 24/7 resource. Call [352-392-HELP/4357], email firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit them in 132 Hub. Walk-in hours are published here.
