Exchange Voicemail upgrade

The Metasphere voicemail system will be phase-out on June 30, 2013

University of Kentucky employees who have Metasphere Voice-mail need to migrate to the new Exchange Voice mail system. Telephone Users who need to upgrade from an older voicemail (i.e. MetaSphere) to the newer Exchange voicemail can do so by submitting a request. The Voice Engineering team will migrate the User's voicemail account to the Exchange voicemail system. Users wishing to upgrade to Exchange voicemail, at no charge to their department, can contact VMUpgrade@uky.edu. For the upgrade the team will need the following information:

• Is your telephone Cisco?
• Your extension
• Your User name
• Your Link Blue ID

Users or departments can complete the attached spreadsheet (see above) with the necessary information and send via email to VMUpgrade@uky.edu.
