Journal Article Reserve Request

Use this form to place journal articles owned by the library on reserve or e-reserve. If you wish to place a book, book chapter, video, or any other material on reserve, use the Book or Other Material Reserve Request form. If you wish to place CD's, cassette tapes, or records on e-reserve, use the Electronic Audio Reserve Request form. If you wish to place an article you own on reserve or e-reserve, you can print out the Reserves Printable Form (MS Word) or the E-Reserves Printable Form (MS Word).
