The first step in taking an online class at Mansfield University is accessing your campus services account information. Click on the My Accounts link. You will be asked for your seven digit student ID number (please include the leading zero), the last four digits of your social security number, and your year of birth. You will then be provided with your e-mail account information, your Desire2Learn & WebAdvisor login information. As you prepare to take your online class at Mansfield University be sure to review the e-mail policies. All communication between faculty and students for online courses is done through your Mansfield University Mounties e-mail account.
Course requirements Review the course requirements for any required specific meeting times (synchronous) for which you must be available to engage in class activities, such as on-campus, proctored, or online tests and/or required discussions/communications.
Hardware/software Requirements Make sure that your computer meets minimum technical specifications. (Some courses may require additional hardware and/or software).
Login to your course using Desire2Learn. Sign into your online course(s) following the instructions outlined on the Desire2Learn website. You can also access Desire2Learn by clicking on the Web Logins link located in the navigation bar of the Mansfield University website.
