Mansfield University's RN to BSN students transfer directly into the baccalaureate degree  program at an advanced level.

Nursing courses for RN to BSN students are offered online on a 3 year rotation, however general education and free elective online course offerings are limited. *Therefore, students may need to attend class(es) on-campus and/or choose to transfer general education credits from other approved institutions. All RN/BSN students must meet all general education and program requirements:

  • Up to 38 credits of Nursing Transfer Credits
  • Nursing Major Credits (31)

RN to BSN transfer students must provide transcripts from all previous post-secondary schools for evaluation by the Admissions Office.

RN to BSN students must take a minimum of 31 semester hours with the NUR prefix from Mansfield University.

*Students who want to transfer course work from another institution must complete a Request to Transfer Credit form before taking the course. This form is available online ( click here). Students are encouraged to consult with the Transfer Coordinator, Jan Yoder, to determine if a course is transferable. Mansfield University transfer policies apply.
