Citation Appeals For Non-UF Individuals

IF YOU APPEAL A CITATION, YOU ARE ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT CITATION.

*NOTE: The appeal application links below work best with Internet Explorer.

FIRST LEVEL CITATION APPEAL

Parking citations may be appealed online from any computer, or in person using the self-service computers at the TAPS Customer Relations Office, 1273 Gale Lemerand Drive (located just north of Mowry Road at the front of Parking Garage 13), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Appeals must be filed within 15 calendar days of the citation’s issuance. Appeals filed more than 15 days after the citation’s issuance will not be accepted, and the citation will be considered delinquent.

If the initial ruling regarding the appeal is unacceptable to the appellant, a second level appeal may be requested before a University Hearing Authority. The Statement of Appeal to a University Hearing Authority must be filed with Transportation and Parking Services in writing either at our office or online within 15 calendar days from the issuance of the decision regarding the initial appeal. In order to request a second level appeal, the citation(s) must be paid in full before the request is filed.
