Why Kent State University

As a University, Kent State has been recognized as a "Doctoral - Research Extensive" University by the Carnegie Foundation. This exclusive recognition is given to approximately 150 of the 3,941 colleges and universities in the Carnegie classification category.

KSU College of Business and Graduate Programs Office are among the elite 15% of business schools that are accredited by AACSB, the international accrediting organization for business schools.

Kent State is one of only 90 schools that grant the Ph.D. degree out of the more than 1500 business schools in the United States.
