Testing hours based on testing time of 1hr 15 min.

***Nursing, OTAT, OCAT, PTAT, RADT and RTT,  MUST follow their program rules. *

You must bring your Kent State FlashCard photo ID.

You must arrive to the Office of Academic Services Testing, located on the 2nd floor of the Library, at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED AFTER YOUR TESTING TIME HAS STARTED.

No cell phones, book bags, water bottles, and/or other drinking apparatus will be allowed in the testing area.

The only items allowed in the testing area are those items allowed by your instructor as indicated in the accommodations box.

No walk-ins, you MUST schedule in advance. Please Teresa Bates e-mail to schedule your appointment. You may also call 440-964-4536 or stop in the Office of Academic Services to schedule.

*SAS testing by appointment only, no walk-ins.*       *** Testing is the same day and time as your class.

Repeated rescheduling of appointments is not permitted.

All testing must be completed by 6:00PM
