The City College Council for Inclusive Excellence
"Everyone talks about diversity – but at City College we mean that the range and depth of the differences in values, experiences, interests and points of view that real diversity brings to the table are the foundation and the hallmark of excellence in education in a global society."
-President Lisa S. Coico
The vision of the City College Council on Inclusive Excellence is a City College of New York where the administration, faculty and staff engage cooperatively in striving toward excellence of achievement and fairness for every member of the college community. The Council further envisions a City College that celebrates the reflection among its students, faculty and staff of the full array of diversity found in New York City, and strives to be inclusive of this diversity in fulfilling the College's mission.
