Student Responsibilities During the Co-op Period:

• Successful performance on the job.


• Contact your assigned Co-op Faculty Coordinator if problems or questions arise while on co-op.


• Complete goal setting activity.


• Attend a Computer and Information Science Upper-class Reflection Meeting. Check calendar for dates.


• Complete Student Evaluation.


• Confirm that your manager has completed the Employer Evaluation.


• Complete Reflection Report.
