Working for Your Co-op Company

• Provide your employer with the maximum enthusiasm and productivity of which you are capable.
• Approximately three weeks before the end of your work period both and your supervior should complete a portion of the CCIS Co-op Evaluation. Fill out your portion of the survey and forward the website address to your supervior no later than ltwo weeks before the end of your work period: http://www.ccs.neu.edu/co-op/surveys.htm
• Before returning to school, you should try to discuss evaluation of your performance and suggestions for your next co-op experience with your supervisor.
• Complete your Co-op work semester fulfilling all regulations as specified in the Co-op Handbook.
