Banyan Tree

This is the Banyan tree from the Edison-Ford Museum in Fort Meyers, Florida. Banyan trees sprout branches vertically downwards, which may turn into a new root system if it reaches the ground. This particular tree is the second largest in the United States, and is about 1 acre is size.
