Restricted resources have resulted in change in 311 services. On the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month, 311 will only handle urgent issues, such as injured animals, water, sewer or drain emergencies, roadway hazards & traffic signal malfunctions. We ask that our customers needing routine service contact us at another time. We're still available by email typically responding within 48 hours.
