Bethany Carter received her doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering on August 7th. Her dissertation was titled “Synthesis of Renewable Aromatic Chemicals and Fuels From Biomass Derived Lignin and Lignin Model Compounds.” Her advisor is Dr. David Bruce.
