Schedule a Tour

Come visit us! We love showing off our beautiful campus through our student-led walking tours. This is your chance to ask a Clemson student just what this University, campus and classes are really like.

Tours begin and end at the Class of 1944 Visitors Center, located at 109 Daniel Drive, off S.C. 93. The Visitors Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During your hour-and-a-half tour, your student guide will give you an overview of the University’s history as well as the ins and outs of campus life today.

Please check out this video before coming to campus.

Helpful Tips

A few helpful tips before you take your campus tour:

  • Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your tour starts.
  • Wear comfortable shoes.
  • Visitor parking is available at the Visitors Center. You’ll need to get a visitor’s pass for your car from the welcome desk inside the center.
  • You’ll pass several vending machines on your tour if you get thirsty or hungry. If you want to stay for a meal after your tour, Clemson Dining Services would be happy to serve you. All dining halls take cash and credit.
  • If you have special needs to be met while on campus, you can contact the Visitors Center directly to make arrangements.

Self-guided Campus Tour

We now have a self-guided tour you can take any time. Download the app from iTunes, or check out an iTouch from the Visitors Center. The tour will take you through campus and can be used any time or as a supplement to a student-led tour. With the ability to show video clips, such as the Tigers running down “The Hill” or students working out at Fike Recreation Center, this video tour allows us to bring you little snippets of what campus life is really like, no matter what time of year you visit.
