The full-time IT User Support Analyst, Brian Hall, is normally on duty the following times:
- Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
- Friday 8am - 2pm
Brian's office is located in room 162.
The night lab assistant, Don Knopp, is on duty at these times:
- Monday - Thursday 5pm-10pm
Don may be found in any of the labs or in the Distance Learning lab, room 104A near the faculty secretary's office.
