AQIP Project - Retention

Review and improve college retention through course and semester sequence

This Action Project will identify and implement programs and strategies designed at improving retention rates for Cowley College students.

Key processes improvements include identification and tracking of high risk students, increase in the use of  tutoring and career services by students, an increase in services for student life skills management, analysis of a potential certification program for work skills, and improvement in success rates of math courses.
