E-Cashier Payment Programs
Pay Online

Cowley is pleased to offer automatic payment programs for your convenience. You can set-up an e-cashier payment plan that works for you, such as:

• Arrange for monthly payments
  
• Make a down payment IMMEDIATELY and arrange for monthly payments
  
• Make an optional down payment IMMEDIATELY and arrange for monthly payments
  
• Pay in full IMMEDIATELY

You will be able to make payment(s) by:

• Automatic Payments from your Checking or Savings account
  
• Credit Card

Your automatic payment arrangement will be with FACTS Management and not with Cowley College.  FACTS will arrange to automatically take payments from the account you provide them. 

The payments will continue according to the terms of the contract you establish with FACTS, EVEN IF YOUR COWLEY COLLEGE ACCOUNT HAS A ZERO BALANCE. 

To make changes to the original contract, a Change of Status form must be completed in the Cowley College business office to authorize the change. Changes can not be authorized by phone.
