orld. This field also allows individuals the opportunity to open their own business. A student in the Cosmetology Program may earn a vocational certificate or an Associate of Applied Science degree. Cosmetology I and II are taken in the fall semester. Cosmetology III and IV are spring classes. In two semesters, students are eligible to take the state board tests and work in a salon. The program is one of the most job-ready programs offered by the college.
