417.00 ADVISOR SYSTEM

The Advisor System provides each full-time student with an advisor who can and will take a personal interest in the student and their academic pursuits. Advisors guide students toward developing study skills and life skills, setting realistic goals, and achieving educational and occupational goals.

The Advisor System is comprised of advising specialists in the following areas:

1. Athletic Advisor

2. International Advisor

3. Developmental Advisor

4. Undeclared Advisor

5. Distance Advisor

6. Academic Major Advisor

Additionally,advising generalists are available to assist North Campus and part-time students.
